Software Development Methodology:
ATL and ArgusSoft's organizational structure and large team of computer professionals allow us to meet the individual demands of each customer in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Our Software Development Methodology realizes projects using both structured and object-oriented approaches. ArgusSoft has used Rapid Application Development (RAD) as the primary software development technology for over five years.
Our software development process consists of the following steps:
- Initial Project Scope Estimate- Following initial meetings with the customer and ATL/ArgusSoft, we provide a rough estimate of the project type, scope, probable cost, etc.
- Development of Specification- We send our high level analysts to the customer's site to gather requirements, define business processes and develop a detailed Specification.
- System Development- Employing iterative prototyping the system is built in approximately 90 days. The development process remains under version and change management controls.
- Testing- Prior to delivery to the customer, the system is fully tested using automated testing tools (both functional and load testing). We develop additional testing procedures together with the customer to further test the developed software.
- Deployment / Maintenance- When the system is fully deployed, we maintain the software under a separate contract with the customer.
